Youtube's time is over. It needs to die. The time is prime for a video site to stand up that won't delete videos and doesn't stutter when trying to stream. I'm sick of Youtube's constant downward spiral since being bought by Google.

Terms of service say "ANY" copyrighted material. Its not specifically written but ANGRYNINTENDO NERD isnt allowed to upload full reviews anymore. My buddy who is a motorcycle vlogger has had his videogame reviews pulled as well as others.
They are along the same lines as vimeo..who have chosent to ban it all together:
I wonder if they'll pull my Left4Dead crash video... I already have 1 strike on my account for uploading some shaky footage of a Conan clip, and I have a couple videos that were flagged, but still available, due to the music in them... (fuck youtube)

I have been looking at the youtube forums (google forums) and it appears that older stuff isnt going to be removed, just the new stuff you try and add. I want to try this but dont want to lose my channel...anyone have a dummy account to test? lol
